This Barnes VOR-TX 9mm Luger 115 grain XPB ammunition is not listed as +P ammunition by the manufacturer. However, the Barnes VOR-TX 9mm Luger 115 grain XPB ammo has the same velocity as their +P ammunition which would lead me to believe that it is +P. I recommend using the ammo at the link below which is not +P.

I never shot monolithic copper bullets before. I normally carry SIG V-CROWN JHP. Barnes VOR-TX 9mm Luger, 115 Grain fires well and reliably in a SIG P320 X-Compact. Multiple ballistic tests and results can be found on YouTube.

The Barnes VOR-TX 9mm ammo features new X-Bullet patented technology. The all-copper XPB bullets are designed for superior expansion and weight retention, which results in deeper penetration than ordinary non-lead 9 mm Luger Ammunition. These accurate Barnes XPB 9mm rounds are ideal for self-defense but also the lead-free design makes them suitable for hunting or shooting in areas that prohibit the material.image

While Barnes XPB bullets have traditionally been aligned with large-caliber handgun hunting rounds, the 9mm is a new venture. And it makes sense. While it started out as a military round more than a century ago, the 9mm cartridge has since become the most popular self-defense and competition round commercially available.
