Has anyone had success with this and a low profile adjustable gas block? All negative reviews mention issues with the gas system. Expert Answer

Ordered this item and it was listed as compatible with standard AR carbine rifles. Well after getting it mounted, the gas tube hole is too small. I'm going to have to drill it to get the gas tube through it. Not quite what expected.
