I asked Burris about a different scope if it would work on a 416 Remington Magnum. They told me that all their scopes are rated for 50 bmg. So I would think you’re good to go!
Light, well built, clear view. It's 2.75 power is almost enough for a 30-30 guide gun, which is what I'm using it for. Fixed power means light--which is important. I'm typing this last big just because OP tells me my review has to be a bit longer....
