This is a quality product. Only one small statement, the screw needs to be very tight to make sure that the well stays in line with the mag hole. Once tight all lined up correctly and felt very solid. Just a touch of lock tight and no problems.

Easy to install onto my government RIA 1911, however you'll need some Loctite to secure the end screw. If the mag-well is slightly lose then magazine won't freely fall; so ensure that the well is straighten and affixed to the housing.

Installing this magwell will require much fitting. Definitely not drop in. Gaps at the well. MSH negated my grip safety. Will need much filing to fit correctly. Would recommend spending the extra money on a Nighthawk.
