Osight S 1x21mm Reflex Red Dot Sight
While I have not mounted yet, the features and clarity of this RDS are incredible. Appears to be very strong construction, and was easy to understand it's options. Going to be terrific on my 19MOS.
Would definitely consider another for my Shield.

Burris RT-5 Ballistic 5x Red Dot Prism Sight
This scope's incredibly clear! The reticle is easy to sue, and does not obstruct the target in any way. Only took 5 shots to sight for 100 yard zero, and was hitting 2" steel at 100 in no time. Might just buy another.

Will need much fitting

Installing this magwell will require much fitting.
Definitely not drop in. Gaps at the well. MSH negated my grip safety. Will need much filing to fit correctly.
Would recommend spending the extra money on a Nighthawk.

These grips not only look terrific, but give great balance to the beefy N frame.

The price point on this red dot was the selling point for me. Shipped to me for less than $140, it arrived before the due date.
The sight is rugged, the optic is clear, and the dot very visible.
It is 2 moa, and I feel that really helps with accuracy.
It came with a 1/3 Cowitness mount installed, as well as a low mount also.
The caps for the adjustments ARE THE TOOLS TO ADJUST THE SCOPE. The direction to turn the adjustment knobs are written inside the caps.
This sight has an instant on, which works very well, ans is programmable, to shut down automatically, which can be programmed from 1 hour to 8 hours after your last use. Mine's set for an hour. Easy and very simple programming.
It is NOT one of the big boys names, but for range use and hunting I believe that this optic will last a very long time.
