Is that base see through for co-witness of open sights. Expert Answer

This includes two mounts, a high profile and a low profile option. The low is not see-through, however the high mount as pictured is see through. The ability to use iron sights through it will partly be determined by the gun and the sights on it, but most traditional rifle iron sights should be visible through it.

I have owned the truGlo 2 moa reticle for 2 years now, and well over 2000 rounds. It holds it's zero and has never let me down. I ran it on a DD MK 18 for a little over a year and now it is on a MPX. It is truly a great red dot.
