Worth every penny. The rail has a super snug fit and is durable. Just like every other Geissele product, you can expect nothing but perfection from this rail from the fit, to the FDE coating. The rail shaved atleast 4 ounces off my AR.

Product Info for Geissele 9.3in M-LOK Super Modular Rail MK8
The Super Modular Rail (SMR) MK8 M-LOK is Geissele ultra-modular model. The SMR MK8 is one of the first AR Handguards & Forends to utilize the Magpul M-LOK technology, designed to give the user full modularity while maintaining a strong and rigid platform. It uses Magpul's M-LOK technology at the 3, 6, and 9 o'clock positions and the upper 45-degree quadrants. Maximum venting at the lower 45-degree quadrants creates maximum heat dissipation and dramatically reduces the rail's overall weight. The SMR MK8 is versatile and modular, allowing users to tailor their platform to their unique needs. The SMR MK8 also features Geissele's proprietary 2-inch long barrel nut. This increases the surface contact where the rail interfaces with the receiver and creates a platform that can be trusted to be straight and true the entire length of the free-float rail. This increases accuracy and zero repeatability during disassembly and reassembly when performing maintenance. The Geissele Super Modular Rail is a great upgrade for your AR15.
