Are these made to be only compatible with the magpul mbus sights? Expert Answer

According to KNS these are mil-spec compatible and will fit the Magpul mbus sight, but not the pro model.

Could this be Cerakoted?

I don't know why it couldn't be, but the coating would add thickness to the crosshairs. Personally, I would advize not Cerakoting it.

I replaced the front post on my MBUS polymer sights with this item. You cannot use the AR Front Sight Adjustment Tool because it won’t fit inside of it. You have to push on the spring lock with a punch, and twist it your fingers. Don’t use pliers...
