I used the old Vietnam Era scope on a m14/m21 when I was in the military. Yes a long time ago. When I saw it I had to buy it for the memories. It's a very durable scope and the auto ranging works awesome, just as I remember .

The Automatic Ranging Trajectory (ART) System was invented and designed by Jim Leatherwood for military snipers in Vietnam during the late 1960s.
