What height rings will I need to mount this scope on a henry big boy 4570 with a Weaver mount and clear the hammer? Expert Answer

The eyepiece diameter of the Leupold VX-Freedom 1.5-4x20mm Rifle Scope is 1.56". I recommend using the Leupold Quick Release Weaver Style QRW2 Rings medium height set at the link below for that rifle.

Mine is being used on a 30/30 Lever Action. 4x is all the magnification that is needed on a 200yard gun—-in my opinion. It is another “set it and forget it” Leupold. The glass seems clear and well filtered.

Excellent quality as you would expect from Leupold. The Pig-Plex is a little "gimmicky" but I do like it. The one piece base purchased on Amazon fit perfectly. The caps are plastic, I would prefer metal but the cost savings is why they are plastic....
