Product Info for Live Free Armory LF19 Fluted Pocketed Barrel for Glock 19
With one of the most advanced barrels out there, you probably assume there is a secret to the formula.
There is no secret to this process.
We gun drill each barrel individually with proper bearing honing guides, back-taper and nose geometry drills that gaurantee a straight, true precision hole, part after part.
Even after using the honings pads on the gundrill, we use a roller burnishing process that smooths the highs into the lows for a work hardened 8 micron finish. Employing innovative technologies to ensure the integrity of each product before it leaves Their shop is the core of Live Free Armory's manufacturing.
