I absolutely love this pack. It holds higher on the back than the standard issue molle rucksack, put more weight on your shoulders and less on your back. Not ever Alice pack meets the standard in durability, but this one does. Great buy!

U.S. Government Issue. Designed for longer trips and heavier loads up to 70 lbs. Same construction and features as medium pack plus three additional 3in x 7in x 1in external pockets and larger 20in x 20in x 8in main compartment. DOES NOT INCLUDE frame, shoulder pads and kidney pad. (sold seperately). Cannot be used as a backpack without the frame and shoulder pads.image
