I need a sunshade that has a m58.5 x 0.75 external thread pitch I cannot finsdthe thread pitch listed in any of the riflescope sunshades. Manufacturer Answer

Will this fit Nikon pro staff 40mm scope Expert Answer

The Mueller Optics Mounted Rifle Scope Sunshades are designed for Mueller Optics. Not all rifle scopes have the same objective lens threading. I would recommend contacting Nikon regarding a compatible sunshade for your specific scope.

Nothing spectacular here. Fits perfectly on my Mueller with a 40mm objective lens. Works exactly as it should. I wish they came with the scope though, but not too big of a deal. Don't know if it works on other branded scopes.

Installation was easy enough, it simply threads onto the end of the scope. Definitely changes the look of things. Makes the rifle appear to have much "more" scope on it. One drawback is that I had to find some elastic cord to use to make the scope...
