The Precision Armament AFAB Hybrid Muzzle Brake will fit a PSA AR15 Pistol if it meets the following requirements. If your PSA AR15 pistol is chambered in 5.56/.223 and has a barrel threaded for 1/2x28 this Precision Armament AFAB Hybrid Muzzle Brake will work.

Works beyond expectations. Wasn't expecting the performance that I received, and would buy again. Worth the $$. You'll need the washer kit for fitting properly, but I've used more washers from that same kit on other mounts just fine. Buy it!
This thing is amazing on my 14.5” and 16” barrels. It provides balanced performance in flash reduction, minimizing side concussion and braking. Be aware that the AFAB is not designed for sub 14.5” bbls in 5.56. I tried it on one of my 10.5” uppers...
