This stock is a great upgrade option for the Savage Model 64. It is lightweight and feels durable. The handle has storage for an extra magazine as a bonus! Installation was really easy and took about five minutes.

This stock fit great even without taking off my Simmons 3-9 scope. What a lot of reviewers are doing wrong is putting in the magazine screws first. YOU MUST PUT IN THE BUTTSTOCK SCREW IN FIRST TIGHTEN ALL THE WAY...... THEN THE 2 MAGAZINE SCREWS.....
