The PTR 32 KFR 7.6239mm Rifle is a semi-automatic, roller-delayed rifle designed to combine PTRs proven operating system with the intermediate-range capability of the 7.6239 cartridge. Sold as a rifle at the point of sale, the 32 KFR offers a modern alternative to traditional gas-operated platforms while retaining AK-pattern magazine compatibility and familiar ballistic performance.
The rifle features a 16.35 stress-relieved, tapered-contour barrel with a 1:10 right-hand twist, optimized for durability and consistent accuracy. The barrel is threaded 5/824, supporting common muzzle devices. PTRs roller-delayed blowback system reduces bolt speed and smooths recoil impulse compared to conventional gas systems. A heat-treated, full-auto profile bolt carrier supports mechanical longevity and consistent cycling. The action is host-ready for use with NFA-registered auto sear packs where legally applicable.
A 7.5 steel Picatinny rail provides a stable mounting platform for optics, while the slim-line polymer handguard maintains a streamlined profile and secure grip. The trigger is set to a 910 lb pull for consistent operation. The rifle feeds from standard AK-pattern magazines and ships with a 30-round polymer magazine.
Finished in black powder coating over Parkerizing, the 32 KFR is built for durability under sustained use. Measuring 38.5 in overall length and weighing approximately 9.3 lbs unloaded, it balances stability with controllability.
