This Adaptive Tactical TK22C Stock f/Ruger 22 Charger Takedown Rifle will only be compatible with Takedown model rifles. I would recommend the Pro Mag Ruger Charger Archangel Conversion Package, found by using the link below:

No, the Adaptive Tactical TK22C Stock f/Ruger 22 Charger Takedown will only fit the takedown model 10/22.

The Adaptive Tactical TK22C Stock f/Ruger 22 Charger Takedown Rifle will include the forend, as well as the stock with pistol grip. . It also includes an integrated QD swivel attachment, plus a molded in, non-rust, standard sling swivel attachment. And a covered take down pin makes installation and removal easier to eliminate discomfort. The forend will also include a removable barrel insert that provides a custom fit for both standard tapered barrels and .920" bull barrels.

If I have a regular 10/22 takedown with tapered barrel, will this replace the factory stock or do I need to get a bull barrel like the picture?

No, the removable barrel insert provides a custom fit for both standard tapered barrels and .920" bull barrels.

While it may work, it is not intended for it and will not fit perfectly. We would recommend getting something meant specifically for a standard Charger.
