how many foot pounds should the barrel nut be torqued to?

The Aero Precision M4E1 Enhanced Upper Receiver barrel nut should be torqued to 55ft/lbs.

What Aero Precision Handguard will work with this upper receiver?

The Aero Precision M4E1 Enhanced Upper Receiver will work with the Aero Precision Enhanced and Quantum Series handguards. The handguards at the link below will work.

Does this come with bcg?

The Aero Precision M4E1 Enhanced Upper Receiver will not include a BCG or Charging handle. It will include a barrel nut and barrel nut wrench, as well as a port door and forward assist pre-installed. This upper is compatible with all standard AR-15 components.

Yes. The Aero Precision M4E1 Enhanced Upper Receiver is compatible with all standard AR15 components like barrels, charging handles, BCG's etc.

It will work with any mil-spec AR-15 lower receiver and should function with ALL of the Aero Precision small frame lower receivers.

Will this work with a Odin works hand guard?

This is the fit information provided by Aero Precision:

"Compatible with Aero Precision Enhanced and Quantum Series handguards but also fits most BAR-system handguards"

Odin works uses a proprietary barrel nut and their handguards will not fit this upper receiver with the Enhanced barrel nut.

No, this only comes with the upper receiver and barrel nut assembly. This will not come with the bolt carrier group or charging handle.
