That completely depends on the height of the rear sight when it is stowed away and the diameter of the eyepiece on whatever riflescope you are using. It should accommodate most standard eyepiece diameters, around 1.40" and will allow for most lower profile folding rear sights to be installed. If you have a large or bulky rear sight, then there is a chance it will be in the way depending on the riflescope you are mounting.
