Any of the 30mm American Defense Manufacturing AD-RECON-S Scope Mounts should work fine with that scope.

Will this have the clearance for a vortex strike eagle 5-25x56 on my barrett m82a1cq and will it hold up well on that rifle?

The American Defense Manufacturing AD-RECON-S Scope Mount 34mm model will provide enough clearance and will work with that scope and rifle.

what is the difference between the tactical and the standard mount?

The difference between Standard and Tactical is Tactical is much larger levers for people to grip the mount with gloves on. Than the Standard mount that would be smaller levers.

Some models have 3 screws on top some have 2. Why is that? For example, the AD-Recon-S standard lever has 3 the AD-Recon-S tactical lever has 2.

Some of the images on this page are of slightly older mount models, but all of the current ADM Recon mounts have 2 screw rings.

If this is mounted on a flattop AR15 upper receiver does it leave enough space for a folding rear iron sight?

That completely depends on the height of the rear sight when it is stowed away and the diameter of the eyepiece on whatever riflescope you are using. It should accommodate most standard eyepiece diameters, around 1.40" and will allow for most lower profile folding rear sights to be installed. If you have a large or bulky rear sight, then there is a chance it will be in the way depending on the riflescope you are mounting.

I have a Vortex viper pst 1-6 MRAD. Is this an MOA mount?

None of the mounts listed on this page have any MOA cant built into the mount. They are standard flat, quick detach AR mounts.
