what is the twist ratio wondering if you can fire a .308 round as well a .300 round

Both the 8.3" and 10.3" Ballistic Advantage Performance Series .300 Blackout for AR-15 Rifle Barrels feature a 1:7 Twist Rate. You cannot use .308 in a 300 Blackout barrel.

A gas tube is not included with the Ballistic Advantage Performance Series .300 Blackout for AR-15 Rifle Barrels.

What size piston do I have to buy or does this come with it?

This is a standard AR barrel and does not come with a "piston". If you are asking about the gas block then you would need to use a .750 diameter gas block.

Is this drilled for the gas tube or have a mark for drilling

The barrels are not predimpled and you would need to dimple the barrel yourself. You would just dimple the first position of the gas block opposite of the gas port

These products are constructed of 4150 Chrome Moly Vanadium with a QPQ corrosion resistant finish.

Quench polish quench (QPQ) is a specialized type of nitrocarburizing case hardening that increases corrosion resistance. It is sometimes known by the brand name of Tufftride, Tenifer or Melonite, It also gives the item a black finish.
