Will the medium height give me enough clearance for a scope with 50mm objective?

No, the Burris Tikka T3 Rings that I'd recommend for a 50mm objective lens is high height rings. Medium height rings will only accommodate up to a 44mm objective lens.

What is the dovetail width that these rings fit (16mm, 19mm, etc.)?

These rings are designed to fit the 16.5mm dovetail on the Tikka T3.
