It is compatible with Glock Mount Plate #1 which means it shares mount patterns with Burris, Eotech, Docter, Insight, and Meopta.

The Bushnell AR Optics Advance Reflex Sight uses the Docter/Noblex footprint. There is not a way to mount the Bushnell AR Optics Advance Reflex Sight to a Kel-Tec P32. The Bushnell AR Optics Advance Reflex Sight could be mounted to a Ruger GP100 using a dovetail style mount. If you have a GP100 that has a rear adjustable sight the mount at the link below will work.

The Bushnell AR Optics Advance Reflex Sight uses the Docter/Noblex footprint. It can mount to a Glock 42 using a dovetail mounting plate but may be too large. The mounting plate at the link below will work.

No, the Bushnell AR Optics Advance Reflex Sight uses the Noblex/Docter optic footprint which would not be compatible with your P320 xcompact which has a Leupold DeltaPoint Pro optic cut.

Will it work on a Springfield hellcat

The Bushnell AR Optics Advance Reflex Sight uses the Docter/Noblex footprint. So it will not mount to the optics cut on a Springfield Hellcat.

Will this fit on the new Mossberg Mc2 9xp or do you have to buy a mounting plate and if so which plate?

You could potentially mount the Bushnell AR Optics Engulf Micro Reflex Red Dot Sight to a Mossberg MC2 handgun. However, I am unaware of a manufacturer who makes an mounting plate adapter for that gun. I recommend contacting Mossberg to see if they are aware of a compatible mounting plate.
