The C Products Defense 7.62x51mm/.308/6.5 Creedmoor Stainless Steel Magazine will not work in a Tikka T3X CTR. From what I have read Tikka makes a proprietary magazine, so I recommend contacting Tikka to see if there are any compatible aftermarket magazines for the CTR.

The fitment info provided by Duramag for this magazine is that it will fit DMPS LR-308 and SR-25 pattern .308 Win/7.62 NATO AR style rifles. DPMS states that the Gen 1 and 2 use the exact same magazine so there should be no functional difference. It should work with the .243, as the .30 has a greater OAL by a small margin.
You shouldn't have a problem. The Ruger Precision Rifle functions interchangeably with AICS and M110/SR-25/DPMS/Magpul-style magazines.
