will it fit a stevens 320?

No, it will not fit. The stock mounting interface at the rear of the receiver is completely different.
The Winchester 1200/1300 receiver features a recessed "V-shaped" or angled profile where the stock meets the action.
The Stevens 320 uses a flat, straight-cut rear receiver profile.

Will this fit a 20 gauge 1300?

The Choate Tool Winchester Pistol Grip Stock can fit a 20 gauge 1300 with modification. There will be some material that hangs over the edge of the receiver. We do carry a Boyds Hardwood Gunstock designed specifically for the 20 gauge 1300 that will require little to no modification. You can find that stock using the following link:
