Durasight does not provide the screw spacing for their Z2 Alloy Dead-On Base/Ring System. It is compatible with 2010 and newer inline CVA muzzleloaders. I would recommend reaching out to the manufacturer directly for more information.

Will this mount on a CVA Accura S2 with a 3-9x40 burris muzzleloader scope?

Yes, that setup would work with this mount. This mount is compatible with all CVA 2010 and newer break-action
muzzleloader and center-fire rifles and 1" main tube scopes.
