Is this both the Ruger Lcp And the crimson trace sight, or just the laser?

Will this fit the LC380 Ca. compliant??

No, this is meant specifically for the LCP handguns which are smaller than the LC9/LC380 models. This laser unit will not fit an LC380. You will need something like MPN: LG-416 for the LC380.

Will this fit a Ruger 380 LCP II?

This will only fit the first gen LCP pistols, it will not fit the LCP II. For the LCP II you would need this version instead: https://www.opticsplanet.com/crimson-trace-laserguard-for-ruger-lcp-ii.html
