Yes. The DNZ Savage 93R17 1 Inch Scope Tube will work with your Savage Bmag. You can choose silver in 3 different height options, low, medium, and high. Depending on what scope you intend to mount to your rifle.

I have a 93R17 BTVS, heavy barrel, and I want to mount a Bushnell Banner 4-12x40mm. Would the medium mount work, or would the high be better?

I recommend using the high 1 inch DNZ Savage 93R17 scope mount for that set up. The medium height might work but with the bull barrel I would use the high mount to ensure enough clearance.

DNZ recommends 30 inch pounds on steel receiver guns and 18 inch pounds on Aluminum receiver guns.

Yes, these should work for your Savage 93R17. Verify your scope tube diameter is 1", and for a 40mm objective lens, you will likely need Medium Height rings.

No, because these mounts are meant specifically for the 93R17 which is not offered in a 6.5 Creedmoor.

No, you need the model located on page https://www.opticsplanet.com/dnz-products-game-reaper-scope-mount-savage.html. You can use A171H for high, A171M for medium, or A171L for low.
