Will this fit the Strike Industries Pistol buffer tube?

No, unfortunately not. This brace will fit tubes from 1.11" to 1.19" in diameter. The Strike Industries pistol buffer tube is 1.247" in diameter.

Does this buffer system include the castle nut?

DoubleStar does not state whether the castle nut is included or not. Although users have stated that this stock allows user to forego the need for a castle nut. I suggest reaching out to the manufacturer directly to receive more information.

how long is the section that goes over the buffer tube? How far onto the buffer tube does this go?

It is 2" long at the longest point, so it will take up 2" of the buffer tube.
