Are these High Velocity rounds?

They're actually "Hyper Velocity" which is considerably faster than "High Velocity." That 1070fps rating is from a micro 2" barrel, 24" barrel is 1650, right around where the CCI Stinger lives. Subsonic 700-900 fps Standard 1000-1150 High velocity 1200-1350 Hyper Velocity 1450-1700

Anyone have personal experience with this? Does it Cycle reliably? Most lightweight ammo in all calibers tend to be plauged by cycling issues.

These cycled perfect in my glock 44 which usually those tend to really not like light ammo. These are extremely hot rounds though and ran great.

Is the bullet all lead or is it coated with copper

The Federal Premium Personal Defense .22 Long Rifle ammo has a bullet that is a lead core with a nickel plated jacket.
