Yes. This GG&G Ruger Mini-14/ Mini-30 Ranch Model Picatinny Scope Mount Will fit all Mini-14 and Mini-30 RANCH Rifle models. This rail does not require removal of your rear sight and is 5.7" in length, and weighs 1.9 oz.

what is the difference between th ccc1382bd and the ccc1381bd ?

The GGG-1382BD is a picatinny rail while the GGG-1381BD is a Docter/Noblex footprint micro red dot mount.

Yes it will and it mounts to the two half circle, Ruger proprietary mounting grooves.There are two half circle grooves cut into the front and rear of the ejection port where this mount will secure.
