Will these uppers work with CMMG Radial Delayed Blowback BCG or with Faxon Gen 2 9mm PCC Blowback Full-Mass BCG?

The Ghost Firearms Elite Complete Barreled Upper Receiver will work with the Faxon Gen 2 9mm BCG. However, the CMMG Radial Delayed Blowback might work but according to CMMG that BCG can not be guaranteed to work in receivers other than their MKG, MK17, and MK9 receivers.
