No this would not fit a 22LR since this was made to fit for 5.56/.223 and 9mm cal for AR-15

What is the overall diameter of the comp. without the blast shield? Another words, will a .750 gas block pass over the compensator W/O the shield?

Guntec does not state the OD of just the compensator. For that information I recommend contacting Guntec USA.

The Guntec USA AR-15 Muzzle Comp w/QD Blast Shield was designed to be used with only the compensator or with the blast shield equipped. It is not compatible with aftermarket suppressors.

How much should the muzzle comp be torqued on to the barrel? Like how many pounds of pressure should it be torqued to?

The manufacturer doesn't provide the torque specs for the Guntec USA AR-15 Muzzle Comp w/QD Blast Shield. I recommend contacting them for that information.

How do you tighten the blast shield to the compensator? Is there a tool to tighten it that comes with it?

The Guntec USA AR-15 Muzzle Comp w/QD Blast Shield will not include a tool to install the muzzle brake or blast shield. You can install by simply hand tightening or you can use a wrench to tighten it down.

The Sig Tread pistol has a 1/2x28 thread pitch, so it would be compatible with this muzzle device.
