If you can find someone to mill your slide for and RMR then yes. I would recommend checking Suarez International I know they make what they call an NSA(Narrow Slide Adapter) that is usually installed on Glock 43s not sure it would work on a P365, but they say it will work on most narrow slides and it was on sale at the time I checked.

The 407C is just a dot reticle, while the 507C has a dot and circle reticle.

Yes. The Holsun 407C and 507C both use the Trijicon RMR optic footprint and will be compatible with the 509 MRD with the use of the Trijicon RMR adapter plate included with your 509.

The Holosun HE407C 2 MOA Reflex Red Dot Sight uses the Trijicon RMR optic footprint. To mount it to your HK VP9, you will need to purchase and install the Evolution Gun Works Trijicon RMR Sight Mount found by using the link below:

No, the Holosun 407C and 507C both use a Trijicon RMR optic footprint while the Optics Ready Shield Plus is cut for optics with the Shield RMSc footprint like the Sig Romeo Zero, Romeo Zero Elite, Shield RMSc, and more.

What is the difference between the HS 407-c and the HE 407-c? Both designations are referenced in the description.

The only difference between the HE407 and HS407 is the color of the dot. The HE407 is green while the HS407 is red.
