No. The INFORCE 400 Lumens Light White/IR Gen2 Helmet Flashlight does not include a helmet but is designed to attach to a variety of standard helmets with rail capable systems.

How does it mount to helmet, Rail/ mlok?

It mounts using a picatinny rail on the helmet rails.

It will, but you would need a picatinny rail on the M-lok slot to fit.

It will, but you will need to have a picatinny rail on the helmet to mount.

Can you put a light on each side of the helmet?

That is completely up to you, but as long as your helmet can accept a rail on both sides of the temple, then yes, you can mount a light on both sides.
