Will this 1 piece gas ring fit the fail zero bolt on the M16 NiB BCG??

This ring piece is specifically designed to fit the JP Enterprises bolts. It may or may not fit as we on third party bolts.

Yes, the 5.56/.223 model JP Enterprises Enhanced Gas Ring (MPN:JPEGR-223) will be compatible with 300 Blackout as it uses a standard 5.56/.223 BCG.
