Happy New Year! Im so sorry, Id like buy Kenetrek ME 1000, but I have 14 US size classic Timberland yellow shoes. Will 14 US size Kenetrek ME1000 fit?

These boots are true to Brannock device sizing so you should have your foot measured using a Brannock device to verify your actual shoe size.

Should I order a size up to compensate for heavy socks

If you are planning on using heavy/thick socks then yes I would definitely recommend going up a size to accommodate for the thickness of the socks.
