Ask and answered. Researched and found that some European centerfire rifles use an 11 mm dovetail, like our rimfires. To stabilize the scope, the receivers have a hole for the scope pin. The pin can be removed with the enclosed T-15 wrench, as it has a slot in the top, accessed by taking the ring apart. Rings are low, might need medium rings to clear the rear sight on some rimfires.
Konus does not provide the parallax setting for their KonusFire 4x32 Rifle Scope. I'd recommend reaching out to them directly for more information.
I doubt that you plan to mount it with the 11 mm dovetail rings. If your 30-30 is tapped for rings, they should be fine. Just use proper torque to secure rings to receiver and to clamp the scope tube. Double sided tape, (3M with the peel off) inside the scope rings will make them more secure. Might just put it on the top portion of the rings after you are sure scope is positioned correctly. The trick is to position scope with top rings w/o tape, then remove tops one at a time and add tape. Cheers
The body of the optic should be aluminum.
Yes, dovetail style rings are included.
