I currently run the silent capture spring in my m4. The kynshot is meant to replace the stock buffer. Which is what happens when you put in the SCS. It replaces your buffer and spring. So no. I would honestly use the silent capture spring. It's more than enough. You can always add more weights to your SCS. Hopefully this helps.
No. When you push back on the buffer weights simulating the BCG group going back against the silent capture spring, you will see the center guide rod runs the length of the buffer tube. There is no room to run the SCS and the kynshot. I've ran the silent capture spring for months and I love it.
I think the original question was to use this in place of the plastic spacer to further reduce recoil. In which case it may help.
