Yes, as long as the buffer that is being replaced is a rifle length A1/A2 rifle buffer.

Yes, this will fir your Colt AR15 as long as your colt has a rifle length fixed stock buffer tube.

i have an ar mutant that runs a 7.63x39 would this work at recoil reduction for that?

This KynSHOT AR-15 .223/5.56mm Buffer will work with 7.62x39 but is designed to be used with fixed, rifle length buffer tube. If you do not have a rifle length tube, then you would need the KynSHOT AR-15 .223/5.56mm Carbine Recoil Buffer, found by using the link below:

Yes. The KynSHOT Marksman Recoil Buffer will work with your UBR Gen 2 Stock. It is compatible with all full length, fixed stock, AR15 platforms.

Could this work with the Sylvan collapsible stock adapter with an A2 riffle tube using a Lancer Carbon stock?

You should be able to use it with the A2 stock, but I would advise you to reach out to Sylvan to clarify use with the Kynshot buffer system. The Kynshot is similar to the JP Silent Capture system, which is not compatible with the Sylvan adapter, but I would let them clarify compatibility. https://sylvanarms.com/contact/
