It will fit any barrels with 1/2X28 threading.

What is the length of the muzzle device? If pin and welded to a 13.7 barrel is it possible to have an overall length of at least 16 inches?

The muzzle devices overall length is 2.57" and with the threading, it will most likely be slightly under 16".

No, the LANTAC Dragon SilencerCo ASR .223/5.56 Muzzle Brake will fit 1/2x28 barrel threads and fits suppressors that use the SilencerCo ASR Quick Mount Suppressor Adapter.

The LANTAC Dragon SilencerCo ASR .223/5.56 Muzzle Brake might work with the SilencerCo Specwar K 5.56. However, since the manufacturer does not list that suppressor as a compatible model I recommend contacting Lantac USA to confirm compatibility.

The LANTAC Dragon SilencerCo ASR .223/5.56 Muzzle Brake could be used with a Ruger firearm chambered in .22LR if the barrel is threaded for 1/2x28. The compatibility would depend on what model of Ruger you are asking about.
