Will this work with the AR style FX-9 pistol in 9mm

This item replaces a mil-spec endplate and castle nut, the FX-9 uses a mil-spec endplate and castle nut, so yes it should work.

is the larger circle in this picture a QD mount?

Unfortunately, it is not a QD attachment point. There is a QD point on the bottom of the unit, but the hole on the rear is not a QD point.

Can you add an end plate on the back of it to have a qd mount or else?

You can not add a QD endplate, but the Law Tactical AR Folding Stock Adapter has a build in QD sling attachment point.

How dark/color tone is the FDE version? I want to install on either a burnt bronze or midnight bronze rifle but wasn't sure if the color would be off

The OpticsPlanet Exclusive Law Tactical AR Folding Stock Adapter will work with the JP Silent Captured Spring system. You will either need the JP Silent Captured Spring system specific for the OpticsPlanet Exclusive Law Tactical AR Folding Stock Adapter or the JP Silent Captured Spring system adapter. We currently do not have the adapter or the specific model JP Silent Captured Spring for the OpticsPlanet Exclusive Law Tactical AR Folding Stock Adapter.

Will this fold all the way on a left handed rifle? Will it clear the forward assist?

Unfortunately it will not work as great on a left handed receiver as it will on a right handed receiver.

Will this work on a LWRC SRB? I have been told with their short collapsible stock, it is propriatory and this adaptor may not fit!

A question was asked about the FX-9. Isn't the 1/2" bolt extension included with the adapter? Has anyone installed this on an FX-9 pistol in 9mm?
