Will this be compatible with Strike Industries Viper handguard?

No. The Leapers UTG Tri-rail Mount for Front Sight would interfere with the Stike industries handguard and not allow the two to be compatible.

Leapers UTG does not list the internal diameters, but this comes with 2 sets of barrel adaptors for fitment on standard barrel, bull barrel or light weight barrels.

Will this fit a Delton sport?

This will fit any standard AR-15 barrel that has an A2 front sight and bayonet lug, so it should fit your Delton Sport as long as you have the triangle front sight.
