Will this fit onto the SI extended pistol buffer tube (~5 1/4” long) securely or milspec only?

The UTG Pro AR15 Ops Ready S4 Mil-spec Stock is only compatible with Milspec 6-position buffer tubes/receiver extensions. It would not be compatible with the SI Pistol Buffer Tube.

does this stock have a hole to snap in a Qswivel for a sling?

The Reversible QD Sling Swivel Housing can be installed on either the right of left side of the stock to accommodate left or right handed shooters and a Standard Sling Loop for Traditional Slings.

We were not provided with that information and looked up manufacture site says nothing about weight. Have to call manufacture and ask.
