Is the barrel nut fir the UTG free float quad rails STEEL OR ALUMINUM? need to know before I order. thanks

UTG Pro does not provide the material specifications for the included barrel nut with their AR15 Free Float Quad Rail. I'd recommend reaching out to them directly for more information.

The rifle length model of the UTG Pro AR15 Free Float Quad Rail will work with a M16A4 upper if you have a low profile gas block.

Trying to build a M16A4 clone. Will 13 inch length be too big for the A2 Front sight post?

The 13" UTG Pro AR15 Free Float Quad Rail might work for that build since the manufacturer states its exact length is 12.6". However, the manufacturer states that it is compatible with low profile gas blocks but doesn't mention A2 FBS. So to be safe I recommend using the handgaurd listed below.
