Yes, as long as you are mounting it with a cantilever mount which will allow for clearance.

The VX-5HD 3-15x56mm riflescope would use part number 119737 for the Alumina Flip-Back Objective Lens Cover, part number 117611 for the Alumina Flip-Back Eyepiece Cover and part number 53580 for the XXL Alumina Neoprene Scope Cover.

Will this Leupold CDS system work fine with Leupold RX-2800 TBR/W. So if I use True Ballistic Range from RF and click this with CDS I should 100%:-)?

If the configured correctly it will work if using the TBR for calculated distance to match with the CDS.
