No, the Magpul Industries AR15/M4 BEV Block is only compatible with 5.56mm AR-15/M16 rifles.

The Magpul Industries AR15/M4 BEV Block is designed to work with Mil-Spec AR15 so it might work with the MCX Virtus. However, I recommend contacting Magpul to confirm compatibility.

Fit a 300 blackout?

Yes, it will work for a .300 Blackout as it uses a standard AR-15 upper receiver.

Yes, it should be compatible with any standard AR upper/lower and barrel.

It will most likely not work for 7.62x39 as this is designed for a standard 223/556 AR barrel extension.

No, this is designed to fit AR-15 barrel extensions which are not compatible with AR platform 308 rifles.
