The Magpul Industries B.A.D. Lever is designed to work in Mil-Spec AR15 receivers. Since dimensions and specifications of AR10's vary the fitment of the Magpul Industries B.A.D. Lever in a PSA AR10 cannot be guaranteed.

The Magpul Industries B.A.D. Lever will work with Mil-Spec AR15's. So yes, the Magpul Industries B.A.D. Lever will work with a Radical Firearms RF15.

Will this work on a gen 1 Sig MCX.

We cannot guarantee compatibility as this is only compatible with lowers, uppers and bolt catches that are mil-spec and the MCX is not mil-spec. Aside from that, the Magpul BAD lever is not compatible with the ambidextrous magazine release found on the lower of the MCX/MPX and many of the other Sig rifles.

It doesn't fit on the paddle on my DDM4v7 SLW. Anyone know of a model of bad lever that does?

Unfortunately this model of the Magpul Industries B.A.D. Lever is the only model Magpul makes. I recommend trying one of Phase 5 Weapon Systems Inc Extended Bolt Releases. I would contact the manufacturer first to confirm compatibility with a DDM4V7.
