The receiver manufacturer shouldn't matter. It will mount to a variety of receiver extension/buffer tubes, however, a rifle length receiver extension without the A2 spacer is recommended by Magpul.
The Magpul Industries PRS GEN3 Precision-Adjustable Stock will not be compatible with the SOCOM CQB M1A. The SOCOM CQB uses a commercial spec stock, this Magpul PRS stock only fits rifle length tubes as well as Milspec carbine buffer tunes.
The Magpul Industries PRS GEN3 Precision-Adjustable Stock for AR15/M16 and AR10/SR25 platforms will work with a PSA PA10.
The rifle length tube at the link below should work fine with the Magpul Industries PRS GEN3 Precision-Adjustable Stock.

The Magpul Industries PRS GEN3 Precision-Adjustable Stock will fit rifle-length receiver extension tube without A2 spacer but will also accommodate mil-spec sized M4 Carbine and many A5-length tubes with standard Castle Nuts and End Plates. So it will work with an M&P10 .308.
The Savage 10 Ashbury uses the APO Saber MRCS-AR Chassis. This chassis will work with Mil-Spec stocks and will work with the Magpul Industries PRS GEN3 Precision-Adjustable Stock.
