Will this work with a Mil-Spec buffer and buffer spring? If not, what part# should I get? Thanks.

No, this brace comes with the Maxim Defense CQB proprietary buffer and spring. It is shorter than a normal Milspec unit. This particular model comes with the 7.6oz Pistol caliber buffer for use in pistol caliber carbines that require a heavier buffer such as 9mm.

No, this buffer is designed to be used with pistol caliber carbines, such as 9mm.
